Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Job description (Tasks/Responsibilities):

Assists in development of and drives the implementation of NYAB's(Knorr) Supplier Quality Assurance Program. Works with supplier to develop processes and metrics to improve suppliers performance, establish SQ flowdowns, develop & implement APQP, evaluate supplier quality systems, perform product and process validations on supplied product, evaluate nonconforming product and implement corrective actions.

Skill Requirements:

Bachelor degree Mech. or Electrical or related Engineering field; 3-5 years job related exp; CQE (Certified Quality Engineer); understanding of ISO 9000 and M1003 quality system standards; complete knowledge of total supplier quality assurance process; good communication skills, and familiarity with various manufacturing processes associated with purchase material requirements.
