ASQ Pittsburgh’s Spring Quality Conference: Mission Critical Quality

On April 13th, the Pittsburgh Section of ASQ will hold a one day Spring Quality Conference.  The Theme of the Conference is Mission Critical Quality, and the importance of tying Quality to the mission of the organization, and to the critical success of your customers and patients.

Our Keynote Speakers:

John Friel, retired Chairman of MEDRAD, Chair of the Malcolm Baldrige Board of Overseers, will discuss Mission Critical Quality.

Dr. Robert Burney  Medical Director, US. Dept of State, will discuss whether "quality" has become meaningless concept today--almost a slang term, and the need to re-focus on supporting the organization's mission.  Quality should be defined by the customer, and hence, related to the mission of the organization.

Plus, since this is in fact Friday the 13th, plan on discussing Bad Luck Quality with our Quality Experts on the Bad Luck Quality Panel – “When you’ve done everything right, but it still turned out wrong.”
